By accessing and using the Vitrin24 mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This platform is designed to serve the Persian community outside of Iran by connecting users with local businesses, events, and news.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Vitrin24 for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the application. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Is spam or unsolicited promotional material

4. Business Listings and Advertisements

Business owners and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and advertisements. All content is subject to review and approval. Vitrin24 reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any content that does not meet our guidelines.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for advertisements and featured listings are processed through the in-app wallet system. Refunds are automatically processed for rejected content as outlined in our Refund Policy Guide.

6. Privacy

Your use of Vitrin24 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vitrin24 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

Vitrin24 may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Vitrin24 is a community-focused platform designed to support the Persian community by centralizing information on local events and businesses.

News Aggregation

Our "Local News" section provides summaries of current events relevant to our users. These summaries are rewritten for the community and are not intended to replace the original reporting. We always provide a direct link to the original news agency ("Source") to credit the journalists and publishers.

Image Rights

We primarily use free public domain images and images with appropriate licenses that do not require copyright attribution for our news summaries. However, some images may be sourced from third parties and are the property of their respective owners. We use these assets for informational, non-commercial community reporting purposes. If you are a copyright holder and believe your content has been used without proper authorization, or if you wish for your content to be removed or credited differently, please refer to our Copyright Policy below.

10. Copyright Policy & DMCA Takedown

Vitrin24 respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content residing on or accessible through our app infringes a copyright, please send a notice of infringement to our designated agent.
